Air compression central station needs big amount of energy to run.

Compressor generates heat which usually can’t be recovered, but must be dissipated with heat exchanger, evaporative cooler or dry-cooler.

This thermal energy can’t be recovered because the temperature are too low.

There is a fluid inside compressors which operate at higher temperature, it is our target in energy recovery: lubricant oil.

Oil usually operate at higher temperature (70-100°C) and need cooling to work correctly for long time.
