On summer season, industrial plants gives problems related to hot ambient temperature.
Last week our service receive a call related to a big plant which don’t perform at usual temperature.
Customer tell us that chiller can’t perform correct temperature during middle day.
Service division activate immediately and make the standard check list on site:
- Evaporation pressure
- Condensation pressure
- Freon charge
- Freon loss
- Water filter cleaning
- Water pump check
- Condensation exchanger cleaning
- Chiller performance test
This check list require more less 4 hour of work and gives to customer the correct idea of his cooling plant.
with a cheap cost, customer can take a couple of result:
- update refrigeration system, if it isn’t enough to chill down his production processes
- maintain the actual chiller, in order to achieve correct performance.
In that case the technician make a cleaning of condensating heat exchangers using low pressure hydrojet and cleaning solution.
After half dayhe achieve the project performance on the total of the Corema units installed on customer plant:
- n.2 Junior Chiller for 15000 Kcal/h
- n.1 Pack Chiller fro 90000 Kcal/h
- n.1 Junior Chiller LX for very low temperature (-30°C) for 5000 Kcal/h
Customer can deal the hot weather, in any case give use an order for scheduled maintenance:
- 1 check up of the plant on april before start-up
- 1 check up on October, to switch chiller to free cooling plants
