L\u2019applicazione comporta il <strong>raffreddamento di reattori farmaceutici<\/strong> utilizzati nella produzione di principi attivi, che deve avvenire a <strong>temperature quasi criogeniche<\/strong>, <strong>-25\u00b0 C<\/strong>. Il nuovo impianto \u00e8 stato consegnato dopo il <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/5821\/chiller-a-30c-nel-pharma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">successo della prima installazione<\/a> avvenuta qualche anno addietro presso lo stesso cliente.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7888\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Tempco-chiller-cryogenic-cooling.jpg\" alt=\"Tempco chiller cryogenic cooling\" width=\"705\" height=\"850\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Tempco-chiller-cryogenic-cooling.jpg 705w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Tempco-chiller-cryogenic-cooling-249x300.jpg 249w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 705px) 100vw, 705px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Avendo difatti <strong>incrementato la produzione<\/strong> dell\u2019impianto pilota del 50%, l\u2019azienda ci ha chiesto di poter <strong>aumentare la potenza<\/strong> con una soluzione che avesse caratteristiche simili, ma di met\u00e0 potenza della prima.<\/p>\n<p>Si tratta quindi di un impianto che impiega <strong>gruppi frigoriferi condensati ad aria<\/strong>, con capacit\u00e0 di raffreddamento a temperature fino a -30\u00b0 C. Realizzazione completamente in <strong>acciaio inox<\/strong> e con speciale <strong>coibentazione per bassa temperatura<\/strong>.
