Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 dovuto al particolare processo di costruzione che offre <strong>elevata resistenza meccanica<\/strong> agli <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/5490\/scambiatori-a-piastre-saldobrasati-lacqua-va-bene\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">scambiatori a piastre saldobrasati<\/a><\/strong>: le piastre di questi scambiatori vengono infatti realizzate per stampaggio a freddo in acciaio inossidabile, e nell\u2019assemblaggio dello scambiatore le piastre vengono posizionate una sopra l\u2019altra interponendo delle lamine stampate a freddo in rame o nickel.<\/p>\n<p>Lo scambiatore viene quindi posto in forno sottovuoto, dove ad alte temperature di fusione del rame o del nickel questi due materiali si sciolgono, andando per capillarit\u00e0 a <strong>riempire i punti di contatto dello scambiatore<\/strong>. La scelta deve essere fatta in base a due criteri, ovvero la necessit\u00e0 di lavorare con <strong>fluidi corrosivi<\/strong> e le <strong>pressioni<\/strong> in gioco. Il <strong>rame<\/strong>, infatti, pur essendo un ottimo materiale, a contatto con vapori contenenti ammine e ammoniaca \u00e8 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/1449\/fenomeni-di-corrosione-negli-scambiatori-a-piastre-saldobrasati-con-rame\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>esposto a corrosione<\/strong><\/a>, portando in breve tempo a perdite.<\/p>\n<p>Di contro, uno scambiatore a piastre saldobrasato in <strong>rame<\/strong> pu\u00f2 sopportare <strong>pressioni di 30 bar<\/strong> e superiori, mentre la versione in <strong>nickel<\/strong> ha limiti di resistenza alla pressione inferiori, pari a <strong>16 bar<\/strong> in versione standard e fino a 25 bar per versioni particolari.
