Oltre all\u2019<strong>acciaio<\/strong>, una scelta frequente \u00e8 la <strong>costruzione in vetroresina<\/strong>, materiale che offre una serie di vantaggi che sono ben illustrati in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mitacoolingtechnologies.com\/2019\/02\/13\/torri-evaporative-perche-la-vetroresina-e-sempre-attuale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">questo articolo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Torri-evaporative.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-6901\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Torri-evaporative.jpg\" alt=\"torri evaporative\" width=\"595\" height=\"419\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Torri-evaporative.jpg 968w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Torri-evaporative-300x211.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Torri-evaporative-768x540.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 595px) 100vw, 595px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A fronte di un costo superiore, legato fondamentalmente alla necessit\u00e0 di disporre di un parco stampi dedicato, la <strong>vetroresina<\/strong> \u00e8 infatti la scelta preferenziale di molti costruttori di <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/6458\/legionella-e-manutenzione-torri-evaporative\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">torri evaporative<\/a><\/strong> a circuito aperto e chiuso per la realizzazione sia di <strong>componenti<\/strong> che di <strong>profili strutturali<\/strong>. Il pregio principale della vetroresina \u00e8 certamente il fatto che, in costante presenza di acqua, il <strong>materiale non si ossida<\/strong>, <strong>non \u00e8 esposto a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/5609\/metalli-e-fluidi-evitare-corrosione\/\">corrosione<\/a><\/strong>, importante in caso di acqua chimicamente aggressiva, e non teme le intemperie, esente pertanto alla manutenzione. La vetroresina <strong>offre inoltre un peso inferiore<\/strong> in confronto all\u2019acciaio e all\u2019impiego di pannelli di lamiera presso-piegati, e se necessario pu\u00f2 essere riparata a nuovo con facilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>La tecnica produttiva del materiale a stampo avviene per <strong>stratificazione successiva di tessuto di vetro<\/strong>, detto \u2018mat\u2019, imbevuto di resina. Una volta catalizzata la resina fa corpo unico con i diversi strati di mat, conferendo <strong>consistenza strutturale<\/strong>, ottenendo pezzi robusti e dalla superficie omogenea.
