Vari possono essere i problemi di <strong>usura delle tenute meccaniche<\/strong> impiegate in macchinari dotati di parti in movimento. Una prima causa \u00e8 certamente da ricercare in problemi a carico della <strong>lubrificazione<\/strong> delle tenute stesse. Vediamo allora quali sono i principali segnali e le principali cause di una errata o insufficiente <strong>lubrificazione delle tenute meccaniche<\/strong> per una corretta risoluzione dei problemi.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Funzionamento a secco<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nIl funzionamento a secco si verifica quando non c&#8217;\u00e8 liquido intorno alla tenuta meccanica. L&#8217;assenza di film lubrificante provoca l&#8217;<strong>attrito tra le facce della tenuta<\/strong>, per cui di conseguenza la temperatura sale drammaticamente. Il danno tipico causato dal funzionamento a secco \u00e8 rappresentato da <strong>parti elastomeriche bruciate<\/strong>. Il danno si verifica quando l&#8217;O-ring \u00e8 in contatto con l&#8217;anello di tenuta surriscaldato.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Tempco-troubleshooting-mechanical-seal.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6741\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Tempco-troubleshooting-mechanical-seal-1024x756.jpg\" alt=\"tenute meccaniche funzionamento a secco\" width=\"479\" height=\"354\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Tempco-troubleshooting-mechanical-seal-1024x756.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Tempco-troubleshooting-mechanical-seal-300x221.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Tempco-troubleshooting-mechanical-seal-768x567.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Tempco-troubleshooting-mechanical-seal.jpg 1750w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 479px) 100vw, 479px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Scarsa lubrificazione<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nUna scarsa lubrificazione pu\u00f2 verificarsi quando la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/572\/le-viscosita-dei-diversi-tipi-di-olii-lubrificanti\/\">viscosit\u00e0<\/a> del fluido pompato \u00e8 molto bassa, oppure se la temperatura a pressione atmosferica \u00e8 superiore al punto di ebollizione, o ancora in presenza di aria all&#8217;interno del circuito. In questi casi, il calore di attrito che si concentra in piccole aree sulla faccia della tenuta pu\u00f2 essere molto elevato. Il calore generato dall&#8217;<strong>attrito nella tenuta dell&#8217;albero<\/strong> genera una temperatura elevata. L&#8217;aumento della temperatura pu\u00f2 danneggiare le parti elastomeriche della tenuta meccanica.
