L\u2019impiego con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/soluzioni\/gruppi-frigoriferi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>gruppi frigoriferi<\/strong><\/a> consente non solo di <strong>sospendere l\u2019uso dei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/5317\/raffreddamento-di-compressori-di-processo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">compressori<\/a><\/strong> durante la stagione invernale, con funzionamento a secco e sfruttando le basse temperature dell\u2019aria esterna, ma grazie al processo adiabatico la soluzione consente di estendere il risparmio energetico anche al periodo estivo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Plast-2018.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6333\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Plast-2018.jpg\" alt=\"Plast 2018 \" width=\"567\" height=\"348\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Plast-2018.jpg 567w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Plast-2018-300x184.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 567px) 100vw, 567px\" \/><\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La temperatura dell\u2019aria ambiente viene infatti abbassata con un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/5091\/free-cooling-adiabatico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">processo adiabatico<\/a> di umidificazione<\/strong> che riduce la temperatura prima del suo ingresso nelle batterie alettate dove poi avviene lo scambio termico aria-fluido, incrementando l\u2019efficienza del raffreddatore nel periodo pi\u00f9 caldo.<br \/>\nLa serie PAD-V aumenta quindi il risparmio energetico e di acqua grazie a<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Gestione intelligente tramite <strong>PLC<\/strong> dei cicli di bagnatura con sistema di recupero dell\u2019acqua in eccesso<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Speciali pacchi di umidificazione per massimizzare l\u2019efficienza del raffreddamento adiabatico<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Configurazione e disposizione a V delle batterie alettate all\u2019interno della macchina, per ottimizzare la superficie di scambio termico<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/3717\/risparmio-energetico-inverter-motori-ec-a-controllo-elettronico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ventilatori EC<\/a> per monitoraggio del consumo elettrico<\/p>\n<p>La serie PAD-V \u00e8 <strong>completamente automatizzata<\/strong> grazie alla gestione con pannello operatore dotato di PLC, con possibilit\u00e0 di gestione da remoto.
