{"id":6276,"date":"2018-04-20T12:51:48","date_gmt":"2018-04-20T10:51:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/?p=6276\/"},"modified":"2018-04-20T12:51:48","modified_gmt":"2018-04-20T10:51:48","slug":"dissipazione-demergenza-in-power-generation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/6276\/dissipazione-demergenza-in-power-generation\/","title":{"rendered":"Dissipazione d\u2019emergenza in power generation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Per applicazione in una <strong>centrale di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/5566\/recupero-di-energia-da-motori-endotermici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">produzione di energia<\/a><\/strong> con motori endotermici abbiamo realizzato dei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/650\/free-cooler-e-dissipatori-di-emergenza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>dissipatori di emergenza<\/strong><\/a>. L\u2019installazione presentava due sfide principali: la prima, il luogo di installazione, <strong>Port Sudan<\/strong>, sulle rive del Mar Rosso, quindi con <strong>condizioni ambientali difficili<\/strong>. In secondo luogo, i dissipatori dovevano <strong>sostituire i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/4044\/microcogenerazione-dissipazione-e-radiatori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">radiatori<\/a> pre-esistenti<\/strong>, non pi\u00f9 recuperabili, adattandosi agli spazi ridotti disponibili e migliorando al contempo le performance.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-installazione.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6277\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-installazione.jpg\" alt=\"radiatori dissipazione emergenza\" width=\"948\" height=\"711\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-installazione.jpg 948w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-installazione-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-installazione-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 948px) 100vw, 948px\" \/><\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/soluzioni\/raffreddatori-industriali-elettroradiatori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>radiatori<\/strong><\/a> impiegati sono a doppio stadio, per provvedere al <strong>raffreddamento delle due sezioni dei motori<\/strong>, camicie e after cooler, in sostituzione dei vecchi radiatori. La realizzazione ha dovuto tenere conto degli <strong>spazi limitati disponibili<\/strong>, legati al layout della zona di installazione, raggiungendo comunque migliori prestazioni.<\/p>\n<p>Le condizioni ambientali proibitive dell\u2019area di installazione hanno quindi imposto l\u2019impiego di <strong>motori con isolamento in classe H<\/strong> e di <strong>ventilatori prementi<\/strong>, in grado di lavorare nel flusso di aria meno calda.
