{"id":6205,"date":"2018-02-23T15:07:34","date_gmt":"2018-02-23T14:07:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/?p=6205\/"},"modified":"2018-02-25T14:50:51","modified_gmt":"2018-02-25T13:50:51","slug":"raffreddamento-semiconduttori-al-cern","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/6205\/raffreddamento-semiconduttori-al-cern\/","title":{"rendered":"Raffreddamento semiconduttori al CERN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Per il <strong>CERN di Ginevra<\/strong> Tempco ha fornito un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/soluzioni\/termoregolatori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sistema di<\/a> raffreddamento<\/strong> per<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/5866\/acqua-demineralizzata-come-termoregolarla\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> acqua deionizzata<\/strong><\/a> per apparecchiature di <strong>testing degli IGBT<\/strong>, transistor bipolari a gate isolato impiegati per applicazioni ad alta potenza, montati all\u2019interno dei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/1860\/inverter-convertitori-e-raffreddamento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>convertitori di potenza<\/strong><\/a> NPC (inverter multilivello della tipologia Neutral Point Clamped).<\/p>\n<p>La piattaforma di test viene impiegata all\u2019interno del dipartimento tecnologico del CERN dedicato a EPC e PHC, Electric power converters e High power converters. Nello specifico, l\u2019esigenza era testare i componenti a disco danneggiati per <strong>semiconduttori<\/strong> dopo la loro riparazione, prima di tornare operativi. L\u2019equipaggiamento di testing comprende due alimentazioni DC poste in serie, con l\u2019<strong>unit\u00e0 di raffreddamento<\/strong> che fornisce il corretto flusso di acqua di raffreddamento per gli <strong>stack di potenza<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Tempco-unita\u0300-raffreddamento-CERN.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6214\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Tempco-unita\u0300-raffreddamento-CERN.jpg\" alt=\"unit\u00e0 raffreddamento Cern acceleratore particelle\" width=\"1020\" height=\"682\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Tempco-unita\u0300-raffreddamento-CERN.jpg 1020w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Tempco-unita\u0300-raffreddamento-CERN-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Tempco-unita\u0300-raffreddamento-CERN-768x514.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1020px) 100vw, 1020px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le specifiche di progetto richiedevano una <strong>unit\u00e0 di raffreddamento acqua\/acqua<\/strong>, sui due circuiti primario e secondario, con capacit\u00e0 di potenza di 40 kW. Requisito fondamentale era la presenza di un <strong>sistema di deionizzazione<\/strong> sul circuito secondario dell\u2019acqua, dal momento che questa entra a diretto contatto con i conduttori e i componenti elettrici del sistema. Oltre alla presenza di una <strong>serie di sensori<\/strong> di flusso, conduttivit\u00e0 e temperatura collocati sull\u2019uscita del circuito secondario, e di un sensore di pressione in prossimit\u00e0 del vaso di espansione.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/raffreddamento-convertitori-IGBT-Cern.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6207 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/raffreddamento-convertitori-IGBT-Cern.jpg\" alt=\"cooling unit power converters CERN\" width=\"758\" height=\"1020\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/raffreddamento-convertitori-IGBT-Cern.jpg 758w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/raffreddamento-convertitori-IGBT-Cern-223x300.jpg 223w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 758px) 100vw, 758px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tutte le parti a contatto con il circuito secondario dell\u2019acqua sono state quindi realizzate in acciaio inossidabile <strong>AISI 316<\/strong>, materiale impiegato anche per tutte le valvole e per la componentistica usata per l\u2019assemblaggio.
