Il coefficiente<em> K<sub>v <\/sub><\/em><sub><span style=\"yes;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/sub>\u00e8 la portata di acqua alla temperatura di 20\u00b0C che, attraversando una valvola, determina una perdita di carico unitaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"list 36.0pt left 45.0pt;\"><span style=\"Arial;\">Si pu\u00f2, infatti, scrivere:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"45.0pt;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"Arial;\">Q = <em>K<sub>v<\/sub> <\/em><em><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"45.0pt;\"><span style=\"Arial;\">dove: <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"45.0pt;\"><span style=\"Arial;\">Q = portata (L\/s)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"45.0pt;\"><span style=\"Arial;\">\u2206<em>p<\/em> = perdita di carico (kPa)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"45.0pt;\"><span style=\"Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"Arial;\">Nelle tabelle di molti fornitori il <em>K<sub>v<\/sub> <\/em>\u00e8 espresso come portata in m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h per una perdita di carico di 1 bar. Sono anche disponibili diagrammi dai quali si pu\u00f2 rilevare la variazione di <em>K<sub>v <\/sub><\/em><sub><span style=\"yes;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/sub>in funzione del numero di giri dell\u2019asta (e, cio\u00e8, della posizione dell\u2019otturatore) <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"45.0pt 558.0pt;\"><span style=\"Arial;\">Essi sono molto utili perch\u00e9, una volta noto il \u2206<em>p <\/em>misurato alla valvola, \u00e8 possibile ricavare con buona approssimazione, la portata fluente nel circuito nel quale la valvola stessa \u00e8 inserita.
