{"id":5821,"date":"2017-02-10T15:04:57","date_gmt":"2017-02-10T14:04:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/?p=5821"},"modified":"2017-02-10T15:04:58","modified_gmt":"2017-02-10T14:04:58","slug":"chiller-a-30c-nel-pharma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/5821\/chiller-a-30c-nel-pharma\/","title":{"rendered":"Chiller a -30\u00b0C nel pharma"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Di recente abbiamo sviluppato in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tempco.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tempco<\/a> una soluzione di raffreddamento a <strong>temperature quasi criogeniche<\/strong> per un cliente nel settore <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tempco.it\/soluzioni\/applicazioni-specifiche\/chimica-e-farmaceutica\/\" target=\"_blank\">pharma<\/a><\/strong>, che aveva la necessit\u00e0 di raffreddare a -25\u00b0C il reattore impiegato nella produzione del principio attivo di un innovativo aerosol.<\/p>\n<p>Studiata l\u2019applicazione del cliente in tutte le sue caratteristiche di processo, abbiamo valutato insieme due possibili alternative:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sistema di raffreddamento ad azoto<\/li>\n<li>Sistema classico con <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tempco.it\/soluzioni\/gruppi-frigoriferi\/\" target=\"_blank\">gruppi frigoriferi<\/a> a compressione<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Tempco-pharma-chiller-30.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5822\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Tempco-pharma-chiller-30.jpg\" alt=\"chiller pharma Tempco\" width=\"1134\" height=\"864\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Tempco-pharma-chiller-30.jpg 1134w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Tempco-pharma-chiller-30-300x229.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Tempco-pharma-chiller-30-1024x780.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1134px) 100vw, 1134px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La semplicit\u00e0 di gestione e il vantaggio tecnico offerto ci hanno portato a optare d&#8217;accordo con il cliente per la soluzione con <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tempco.it\/soluzioni\/gruppi-frigoriferi\/\" target=\"_blank\">chiller<\/a><\/strong>. Il sistema realizzato impiega nello specifico due chiller condensati ad aria che lavorano in parallelo, ciascuno dei quali assolve al 75% della duty termica totale richiesta.<br \/>\nLa <strong>capacit\u00e0 di raffreddamento spinta<\/strong> raggiunge temperature <strong>fino a -30\u00b0C<\/strong>, e la soluzione include un sistema di regolazione automatica della condensazione, che garantisce massima efficienza del sistema in tutte le stagioni, esigenza cruciale dal momento che l\u2019impianto \u00e8 in funzione per tutto l\u2019anno.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Tempco-chiller-pharma-30.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5823\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Tempco-chiller-pharma-30.jpg\" alt=\"chiller Tempco pharma -30\" width=\"1417\" height=\"1063\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Tempco-chiller-pharma-30.jpg 1417w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Tempco-chiller-pharma-30-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Tempco-chiller-pharma-30-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1417px) 100vw, 1417px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La realizzazione \u00e8 stata fatta completamente in acciaio inox, con speciale <strong>coibentazione per bassa temperatura<\/strong>. All\u2019interno del building del cliente \u00e8 stato quindi realizzato uno <strong>skid per accumulo e distribuzione<\/strong> della soluzione incongelabile al reattore, fornito di<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serbatoi di accumulo<\/li>\n<li>Pompe ridondanti<\/li>\n<li>Sistema di controllo e gestione centralizzato<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il <strong>monitoraggio da remoto<\/strong> da una sala di controllo consente infine di gestire e pilotare i gruppi frigoriferi e le pompe, con possibilit\u00e0 di gestione di allarmi in caso di malfunzionamento per garantire piena continuit\u00e0 operativa e scongiurare costosi fermi di produzione.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Di recente abbiamo sviluppato in Tempco una soluzione di raffreddamento a temperature quasi criogeniche per un cliente nel settore pharma, [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[16,371,23,17,4],"tags":[714,713,112,150,715,717,720,685,594,716,148,396,719,166,718,698],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.5 -
