{"id":474,"date":"2008-10-08T17:30:23","date_gmt":"2008-10-08T15:30:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/?p=474"},"modified":"2008-10-08T17:30:23","modified_gmt":"2008-10-08T15:30:23","slug":"corrosione-e-torri-evaporative","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/474\/corrosione-e-torri-evaporative\/","title":{"rendered":"Corrosione e torri evaporative"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tempco.it\/prodotti.asp?ID=23&amp;ID2=38\" class=\"broken_link\">torri refrigeranti<\/a> evaporative cos\u00ec come i <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tempco.it\/prodotti.asp?ID=23&amp;ID2=105\" class=\"broken_link\">condensatori evaporativi<\/a> ed i <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tempco.it\/prodotti.asp?ID=23&amp;ID2=39\" class=\"broken_link\">raffreddatori evaporativi<\/a>, sono studiati per lavorare in ambienti umidi ed aggressivi.<\/p>\n<p>Di conseguenza, praticamente tutte i macchinari di questo tipo, vengono progettati e costruiti con materiali &#8220;corrosion proof&#8221;, ovvero all&#8217;italiana, resistenti alla <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tempco.it\/download.asp?ID=9\" class=\"broken_link\">corrosione<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Esistono diversi approcci alla soluzione del problema <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Corrosion\">corrosione<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>materiali plastici<\/li>\n<li>rivestimenti protettivi<\/li>\n<li>Protezioni elettrolitiche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/dscf0814-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/dscf3045.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-483\" title=\"torri in vetroresina infragilita da ambienti aggressivi\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/dscf3045-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"torri in vetroresina infragilita da ambienti aggressivi\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>\u00a0<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/dscf3051.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-484\" title=\"condotti di ventilazione erosi e danneggiati\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/10\/dscf3051-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"condotti di ventilazione erosi e danneggiati\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In pratica si possono costruire torri evaporative con materiali plastici, quali resine rinforzate, che hanno il vantaggio di resistere bene alla corrosione, ma possono infragilire quando esposte agli agenti atmosferici o a condizioni operative estreme. Altra soluzione \u00e8 quella di utilizzare lamiere in acciaio zincato, che per\u00f2 non hanno una adeguata resistenza a taluni componenti chimici che si possono ritrovare nell&#8217;acqua di torre.<\/p>\n<p>Esiste poi la soluzione di avere lamiere elettrozincate e verniciate con polveri poliestere a forno (ottima per aggrappaggio e resistenza), che fornisce risultati veramente di ottimo livello (anche estetico).<\/p>\n<p>Inutile dire che tutti i &#8220;fittings&#8221;, ovvero bulloneria, accessori ecc&#8230; devono avere pari livello di resistenza alla corrosione.
