{"id":469,"date":"2008-09-30T23:26:13","date_gmt":"2008-09-30T21:26:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/?p=469"},"modified":"2008-10-02T08:39:48","modified_gmt":"2008-10-02T06:39:48","slug":"riempimenti-e-temperature","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/469\/riempimenti-e-temperature\/","title":{"rendered":"Riempimenti e temperature"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Con riempimenti, mi riferisco ancora una volta ai pacchi di <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tempco.it\/prodotti.asp?ID=17\" class=\"broken_link\">riempimento<\/a> film per le torri evaporative.<\/p>\n<p>Mi sono sempre soffermato sulla tipologia di riempimento, soprattutto legata alla qualit\u00e0 dell&#8217;acqua, ma vale sicuramente la pena spendere alcune parole anche rispetto alle temperature che entrano in gioco.<\/p>\n<p>Le torri evaporative, sono macchine costruite per raffreddare l&#8217;acqua di impianti di <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tempco.it\/applicazioni.asp?ID=24&amp;ID2=46\" class=\"broken_link\">processo industriali<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Solitamente le temperature di lavoro sono medio basse, +40 +50\u00b0C in ingresso, <strong>negli impianti a servizio dei condensatori di gruppi frigoriferi, non si superano praticamente mai i 40\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A queste temperature non ci sono particolare problemi, il classico riempimento in PVC \u00e8 una ottima scelta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Negli impianti industriali<\/strong>, dove per\u00f2 non \u00e8 possibile escludere a priori possibilit\u00e0 di flussi estremamente caldi, provenienti da lavorazioni o da errate manovre degli operatori, <strong>il\u00a0PVC denuncia i suoi limiti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/dscf0002.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-470\" title=\"Filling film in pvc deformato dal calore\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/dscf0002-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"Filling film in pvc deformato dal calore\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>\u00a0<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/dscf0008.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-471\" title=\"pacchi di riempimento deformati dal calore\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/dscf0008-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"pacchi di riempimento deformati dal calore\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La temperatura limite del <strong>PVC infatti \u00e8 di circa +55 +60\u00b0C<\/strong>, <strong>sopra la quale<\/strong> il materiale perde le sue caratteristiche di resistenza meccanica e <strong>letteralmente si scioglie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Per questo tipo di processi, \u00e8 necessario utilizzare pacchi di riempimento realizzati con materiali differenti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>POLIPROPILENE per temperature fino a +85 +90\u00b0C<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>ACCIAIO INOX o LEGNO per temperature &gt;90\u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Spesso in fase di progetto, non conoscendo i limiti delle lavorazioni del cliente, operiamo in partenza una scelta pi\u00f9 costosa, inserendo di default riempimenti in Polipropilene, preservando il cliente da sorprese sgradite.<\/p>\n<p>Al solito chi pi\u00f9 spende meno spende&#8230;voi cosa fareste?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/dscf3012.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-472\" title=\"vasca di raccolta acqua torri di acciaieria\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/dscf3012-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"vasca di raccolta acqua torri di acciaieria\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/dscf3052.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-473\" title=\"riempimenti danneggiati e deformati da calore su torri evaporative in acciaieria\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/09\/dscf3052-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"riempimenti danneggiati e deformati da calore su torri evaporative in acciaieria\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con riempimenti, mi riferisco ancora una volta ai pacchi di riempimento film per le torri evaporative.
