{"id":3216,"date":"2011-10-07T13:49:38","date_gmt":"2011-10-07T11:49:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/?p=3216"},"modified":"2019-10-18T12:30:52","modified_gmt":"2019-10-18T10:30:52","slug":"oil-cooling-raffreddamento-dellolio-idraulico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/3216\/oil-cooling-raffreddamento-dellolio-idraulico\/","title":{"rendered":"Oil cooling, raffreddamento dell&#8217;olio idraulico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In un articolo di oltre un anno fa, avevo accennato alla necessit\u00e0 di<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/2030\/raffreddamento-dellolio-nelle-presse-idrauliche\/\"> raffreddare l&#8217;olio negli impianti idraulici<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Qualsiasi azionamento idraulico in fatti \u00e8 asservito da pompe ad alta pressione, che servono ad assicurare la necessaria energia meccanica\/cinetica, per muovere i vari meccanismi ed automatismi, siano essi pistoni, motori idraulici, o altro.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;energia generata da queste pompe, viene in parte trasmessa all&#8217;olio stesso, sotto forma di calore, per via dei rendimenti insiti in questa tipologia di macchine.<\/p>\n<p>Questo calore riscalda l&#8217;olio idraulico che surriscaldandosi, perde le proprie caratteristiche fisiche, si deteriora compromettendo la funzionalit\u00e0 degli apparati che asserve.<\/p>\n<p>Allo scopo di evitare queste situazioni, l&#8217;olio viene raffreddato dissipando il calore in eccesso tramite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/soluzioni\/scambiatori-di-calore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">scambiatori di calore.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-3219\" title=\"Oil cooler for hydraulic plant\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Oil-ammonia-cooler-004-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->A seconda del tipo di macchinario, e del fluido disponibile (o meno), si possono utilizzare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>scambiatori ad aria<\/li>\n<li>scambiatori ad acqua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"OIL COOLER \" src=\"http:\/\/www.tempco.it\/static\/images\/tot\/2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"192\" height=\"256\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In particolar modo, dove non \u00e8 disponibile acqua come media di raffreddamento, oppure su macchine in movimento (nella fattispecie macchine movimento terra, camion, macchinari semoventi) vengono utilizzati <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/soluzioni\/raffreddatori-industriali-elettroradiatori\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">radiatori elettroventilati<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/DSCF0566.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-3220\" title=\"OIL COOLER FOR BIG HYDRAULIC PRESS\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/DSCF0566-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In tutto gli altri casi, si utilizzano scambiatori ad acqua.<\/p>\n<p>Tipicamente e per inerzia storica, si sono sempre utilizzati scambiatori classici a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/soluzioni\/scambiatori-di-calore\/fascio-tubiero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fascio tubiero<\/a>, ma questa tendenza negli ultimi anni \u00e8 stata sovvertita, alla ricerca di soluzioni tecnicamente pi\u00f9 efficaci ed efficienti, alla ricerca di:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>dimensioni compatte<\/li>\n<li>minori consumi di acqua<\/li>\n<li>maggiore rendimento termico<\/li>\n<li>maggiori prestazioni<\/li>\n<li>raffreddamento dell&#8217;olio pi\u00f9 spinto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tutti questi vantaggi si possono raggiungere utilizzando <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/soluzioni\/scambiatori-di-calore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">scambiatori di calore a piastre<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/IMG_0369.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-3221\" title=\"Scambiatori di calore saldobrasati per olio\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/IMG_0369-e1317815836497-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In un articolo di oltre un anno fa, avevo accennato alla necessit\u00e0 di raffreddare l&#8217;olio negli impianti idraulici.
