{"id":2254,"date":"2010-04-12T09:39:22","date_gmt":"2010-04-12T07:39:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/?p=2254"},"modified":"2019-04-10T12:59:26","modified_gmt":"2019-04-10T10:59:26","slug":"torri-evaporative-e-separatori-di-gocce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/2254\/torri-evaporative-e-separatori-di-gocce\/","title":{"rendered":"Torri evaporative e separatori di gocce"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Relativamente alle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/152\/come-funziona-una-torre-evaporativa-e-quanta-acqua-consuma\/\">perdite di acqua nelle torri evaporative<\/a>, abbiamo gi\u00e0 parlato diffusamente in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/236\/riempimento-delle-torri-evaporative-e-rendimento-termico\/\">molti articoli<\/a> di questo blog.<\/p>\n<p>In pratica possiamo riassumere che le perdite di acqua in una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/soluzioni\/torri-evaporative\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">torre evaporativa<\/a> sono dovute a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>evaporazione (per fruttare il <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Calore_latente\"><strong>calore latente<\/strong><\/a><strong> di evaporazione)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>trascinamento (goccioline che vengono trascinate dal flusso di acqua all&#8217;esterno) <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-2255\" title=\"cooling tower distribution - distribuzione su una torre evaporativa\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/DSC_0030-torri-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Il valore delle perdite di acqua per evaporazione \u00e8 intimamente (forse meglio dire &#8220;fisicamente&#8221;) legato alle caratteristiche termodinamiche della torre&#8230;il valore delle perdite per trascinamento \u00e8 invece un valore &#8220;meccanico&#8221;, che dipende dalla velocit\u00e0 di espulsione dell&#8217;aria e dall&#8217;efficienza dei separatori di gocce che si trovano subito a valle (guardando il flusso di aria) il banco ugelli di distribuzione dell&#8217;acqua.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;ultima generazione di questi separatori di gocce ad altissima efficienza, consente di limitare il valore di <strong>perdite per trascinamento al di sotto dello 0,05%<\/strong> della portata globale di acqua raffreddata dalla torre evaporativa.<\/p>\n<p>Per fare un esempio pratico, una torre che raffreddi 100 m3\/h di acqua, da 40 a 30\u00b0C, presenter\u00e0 i seguenti valori di perdite di acqua:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>potenzialit\u00e0 1.000.000 Kcal\/h<\/li>\n<li>perdite per evaporazione circa 1700 Kg\/h (indicativo)<\/li>\n<li>perdite per trascinamento 50 Kg\/h<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Attenzione che a questi valori va aggiunto il valore di spurgo, per evitare la concentrazione dell&#8217;acqua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/IMG_1677.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-thumbnail wp-image-2260 aligncenter\" title=\"Separatori di gocce ad alta efficienza - high efficiency drift eliminator\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/IMG_1677-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Relativamente alle perdite di acqua nelle torri evaporative, abbiamo gi\u00e0 parlato diffusamente in molti articoli di questo blog.
