Infatti siamo spesso convinti che l&#8217;acciaio inox sia inattaccabile&#8230;\u00e8 inossidabile&#8230;gi\u00e0 inossidabile ma non in assoluto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Infatti nonostante la sua elevata reesistenza alla corrosione ed all&#8217;ossidazione, ovvero all&#8217;azione ossidante dell&#8217;ossigeno, che non lo fa arrugginire, ci sono delle particelle che lo attaccano senza problemi, soprattutto in <strong>condizioni di concentrazione e di temperatura elevate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sto parlando dei <strong>cloruri<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-1188\" title=\"piastre-in-titanio-forate-da-pitting\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/piastre-in-titanio-forate-da-pitting-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"piastre-in-titanio-forate-da-pitting\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><!--more-->Ovviamente nelle applicazioni &#8216;standard&#8217; il problema non si pone, ma se ad esempio cominciamo a parlare di acqua di una piscina, dobbiamo fare attenzione, infatti l&#8217;acqua della piscina viene trattata per essere igienizzata con cloruri (candeggina, ipoclorito, che dir si voglia).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/piastre-sottoposta-alla-prove-dei-liquidi-penetranti.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-1190\" title=\"piastre-sottoposta-alla-prove-dei-liquidi-penetranti\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/piastre-sottoposta-alla-prove-dei-liquidi-penetranti-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"piastre-sottoposta-alla-prove-dei-liquidi-penetranti\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La concentrazione di questi cloruri, quando supera i 300 ppm (parti per milione), diventa aggressiva nei confronti dell&#8217;acciaio inox. Considerando che lo spessore delle piastre di uno <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/soluzioni\/scambiatori-di-calore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>scambiatore di calore a piastre<\/strong><\/a> varia da 0,5 a 0,6 mm (o meno), possiamo capire quanto il <strong>richio di corrosione\/foratura\/vaiolature\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/4618\/corrosione-da-cloruri-negli-acciaio-inossidabili\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pitting<\/a><\/strong>, possa essere reale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/piastre-in-hastelloy.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-1191\" title=\"piastre-in-hastelloy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/piastre-in-hastelloy-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"piastre-in-hastelloy\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In questi casi si deve passare a materiali pi\u00f9 nobili:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>acciai altolegati<\/li>\n<li>titanio<\/li>\n<li>hastelloy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">ovviamente in ordine di resistenza ai cloruri&#8230;alla fine rimane la grafite oppure le materie plastiche, ma qui stiamo parlando gi\u00e0 di altre tipologie di scambiatori di calore.<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/chloride-resistance_tc.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-1162\" title=\"chloride-resistance_tc\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/chloride-resistance_tc-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"chloride-resistance_tc\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>E&#8217; interessante conoscere la resistenza alla corrosione dei materiali.
