{"id":106,"date":"2007-10-25T14:26:06","date_gmt":"2007-10-25T12:26:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/106\/energia-per-il-raffreddamento-quanto-costa\/"},"modified":"2007-10-29T18:53:30","modified_gmt":"2007-10-29T16:53:30","slug":"energia-per-il-raffreddamento-quanto-costa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/106\/energia-per-il-raffreddamento-quanto-costa\/","title":{"rendered":"Energia per il raffreddamento, quanto costa?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/10\/dscf0756.JPG\" title=\"energ2\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/10\/dscf0756.thumbnail.JPG\" alt=\"energ2\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In tema di risparmio energetico e di costi di gestione, a mio modesto parere si pu\u00f2 fare ancora moltissimo.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/10\/dscf0756.JPG\" title=\"energ2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In questo post prover\u00f2 ad affrontare un esempio di calcolo legato ai costi energetici per il raffreddamento di un processo industriale, relativamente alla tipologia di sistema impiegato, confrontando i seguenti impianti:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>refrigeratore condensato ad aria (ma potrebbe essere anche ad acqua)<\/li>\n<li>torre evaporativa<\/li>\n<li>raffreddatore ad aria (free cooler o dissipatore)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>risulta tassativo premettere, che questi differenti sistemi di raffreddamento, sono strettamente legati al livello di temperatura che si vuole ottonere o che necessita il nostro processo produttivo. Di conseguenza se avremo bisogno di acqua fredda a 10\u00b0C, non sar\u00e0 possibile assolutamente ottenerla con la torre evaporativa e tantomeno con un dissipatore. Questa breve trattazione, vuole per\u00f2 evidenziare quali siano i livelli di risparmio energetico ottenibili, con differenti sistemi di reaffreddamento, in un&#8217;ottica di applicazione di sistemi free cooling.<\/p>\n<p>E&#8217; altres\u00ec evidente che ci sono molti altri sistemi di raffreddamento, tra i quali chiller ad ammoniaca, refrigeratori ad assorbimento, acqua di pozzo, ma vorrei limitare ad una analisi breve ed immediata questo primo step di valutazione.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Per poter fare un confronto concreto, partiamo stabilendo dei dati di progetto\/funzionamento realistici:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>raffreddamento di una linea di produzione alimentare<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>capacit\u00e0 frigorifera richiesta: 500.000 Kcal\/h (581,40 KW)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>temperatura acqua fredda richiesta: 20\u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>temperatura ambiente di progetto: 25\u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>temperatura ambiente di bulbo umido di progetto: 20\u00b0C<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>portata di acqua ricircolata: 100 mc\/h<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/10\/dscf0696.JPG\" title=\"energ1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/10\/dscf0696.thumbnail.JPG\" alt=\"energ1\" \/><\/a>SOLUZIONE A &#8211; CHILLER<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>potenza elettrica installata (con condensazione ad aria)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>compressori 120 KW<\/li>\n<li>ventilatori 16 KW<\/li>\n<li>pompe di circolazione 11 KW<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/10\/dscf0886.JPG\" title=\"energ4\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/10\/dscf0886.thumbnail.JPG\" alt=\"energ4\" \/><\/a>SOLUZIONE\u00a0B &#8211; TORRE EVAPORATIVA<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>potenza elettrica installata<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>compressori\u00a0\/\/ KW<\/li>\n<li>ventilatori\u00a011 KW (per semplicit\u00e0 consideriamo una torre assiale)<\/li>\n<li>pompe di circolazione 11 KW<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/10\/p9120027.JPG\" title=\"energ5\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/10\/p9120027.thumbnail.JPG\" alt=\"energ5\" \/><\/a>SOLUZIONE\u00a0C &#8211; RAFFREDDATORE AD ARIA<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>potenza elettrica installata<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>compressori\u00a0\/\/ KW<\/li>\n<li>ventilatori\u00a042 KW (ci riferiamo ad una soluzione nostro standard, calcolata con un DT fra aria ed acqua in uscita di 5\u00b0C)<\/li>\n<li>pompe di circolazione 11 KW<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dai dati esposti ci si rende immediatamente conto dei costi di gestione (a livello energetico delle tre soluzioni).<\/p>\n<p>Ovviamente al semplice calcolo energetico, vanno aggiunte delle precisazioni:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soluzione A:\u00a0chiller.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>E&#8217; la soluzione <strong>pi\u00f9 semplice<\/strong>, ma anche la <strong>pi\u00f9 dispendiosa<\/strong> dal punto di vista <strong>energetico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Permette di avere l&#8217;acqua fredda alla temperatura richiesta dal processo per tutti i 12 mesi dell&#8217;anno (ovviamente con un chiller correttamente dimensionato, ma questo lo diamo per sotinteso).<br \/>\n<strong>Soluzione B: torre evaporativa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>E&#8217; in assoluto la soluzione <strong>meno dispendiosa<\/strong> a livello di <strong>energia <\/strong>installata e consumata.<\/p>\n<p>Permette di avere acqua alla temperatura di progetto solo per un periodo parziale di funzionamento rispetto all&#8217;intero anno, ovvero quando la temperatura del bulbo umido sia di almeno 15\u00b0C. Permetto comunque un ottimo risparmio di energia. A livello di costi di installazione \u00e8 piuttosto semplice, ma va sicuramente presa in considerazione una <strong>gestione pi\u00f9 impegnativa a livello manutentivo e preventivo<\/strong>. Infatti bisogna sicuramente prevedere un <strong>sistema<\/strong> di analisi dell&#8217;acqua e di <strong>dosaggio anti incrostante ed anti alghe<\/strong>, con relativa gestione ed approvvigionamento di chemicals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soluzione C:\u00a0raffreddatore ad aria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Consente un <strong>notevole risparmio di energia<\/strong> rispetto alla soluzione a (Chiller).<\/p>\n<p>Rispetto alla soluzione b (torre), non ha problemi di gestione in quanto si tratta di un circuito perfettamente ermetico; quindi non ha problemi di dosaggi e manutenzioni\/gestioni particolari, \u00e8 sufficiente controllare periodicamente la pulizia del pacco di scambio.<\/p>\n<p>Permette di avere <strong>l&#8217;acqua fredda alla temperatura richiesta dal progetto per un periodo limitato dell&#8217;anno<\/strong>, ovvero solamente quando la temperatura ambiente \u00e8 inferiore ai 15\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Conclusioni<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Questa breve analisi, permette in ogni caso di fare delle valutazioni di massima, per poter capire il livello di risparmio energetico che si pu\u00f2 raggiungere implementando un sistema di raffreddamento misto con free cooling, al posto del classico ed onnipresente refrigeratore (chiller).<\/p>\n<p>Ovviamente questa analisi va correlata alle variabili che entrano io gioco di volta in volta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>latitudine di installazione<\/li>\n<li>temperatura di acqua fredda richiesta dal processo<\/li>\n<li>periodicit\u00e0 della produzione<\/li>\n<li>capacit\u00e0 di gestione dell&#8217;utente<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tutti fattori che determinano ovviamente il tipo di impianto che sia pi\u00f9 conveniente implementare.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/10\/dscf0760.JPG\" title=\"energ3\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/10\/dscf0760.thumbnail.JPG\" alt=\"energ3\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<table border=\"1\" cellPadding=\"0\" cellSpacing=\"0\" style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
