{"id":51,"date":"2007-10-09T22:43:02","date_gmt":"2007-10-09T20:43:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/glossary\/torri-evaporative\/"},"modified":"2007-10-09T22:43:02","modified_gmt":"2007-10-09T20:43:02","slug":"torri-evaporative","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/glossario\/torri-evaporative\/","title":{"rendered":"Torri Evaporative"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I<span class=\"testo\">n queste macchine, l\u2019acqua da raffreddare attraversa per gravit\u00e0 la torre, cedendo parte del suo contenuto calorico all\u2019aria atmosferica, per scambio diretto.<br \/>\nTale trasferimento di calore, avviene in parte per <strong>convezione<\/strong> (o per <strong>calore sensibile<\/strong>) tra acqua calda ed aria fredda (provocando un aumento della temperatura dell\u2019aria), ma <strong>soprattutto<\/strong> sfruttando il <strong>calore latente di evaporazione<\/strong> di una parte di acqua che passa nell\u2019aria sotto forma di vapore acqueo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019evaporazione avviene a causa della differenza di pressione del vapore-acqueo, nello strato limite d\u2019aria a contatto diretto con l\u2019acqua, e la pressione del vapore dell\u2019aria ambiente, procedendo fino al coincidere delle due pressioni.<\/p>\n<p>Tale condizione si verifica quando la temperatura dell\u2019acqua e dello strato limite <strong>raggiungono la temperatura del bulbo umido dell\u2019aria<\/strong>. Risulta quindi evidente che <strong>teoricamente <\/strong>la <strong>temperatura del bulbo umido \u00e8 la minima temperatura che l\u2019acqua pu\u00f2 raggiungere<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il flusso di aria che viene utilizzato nelle torri evaporative, pu\u00f2 essere ottenuto in diversi modi, naturalmente per convezione o artificialmente con l\u2019ausilio di ventilatori. Quando si utilizzano i ventilatori, si possono avere diverse geometrie costruttive, che determinano la tipologia di torre, indotta o forzata.<\/p>\n<p>Dal <strong>punto di vista energetico<\/strong>, la <strong>torre evaporativa<\/strong> \u00e8 una macchina che ha un <strong>ottimo rapporto fra l\u2019energia elettrica installata e l\u2019energia termica che smaltisce<\/strong>, quindi si presta benissimo per smaltire notevoli quantit\u00e0 di calore fino a temperature intermedie.
