For a major company in the Oil and Gas sector<\/strong>, Tempco<\/strong> has supplied a series of radiators<\/strong><\/a> aimed at cooling a bunch of generator sets<\/strong> on a petrochemical<\/a> plant at the customer’s facility in Oman<\/strong>. The project aimed to replace the obsolete radiators in use at the production site, with the aim of increasing efficiency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The radiators use pressure fans<\/strong>, due to the high temperatures of the air coming out of the facility, as they are in fact radiators that dissipate the high amounts of heat generated by endothermic engines<\/strong>. Due to the location of the installation, the protection of the thermal transfer pack was guaranteed with electrofin treatment for aggressive, saline\/marine environments<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The installation includes:<\/p>\n

– n. 3 radiators of 700 kw each
\n– 12 fans for each radiator
\n– expansion tanks supplied as completion, equipped with electrical control panel<\/p>\n

For shipping, the equipment was packed in a sea crate and using a barrier bag. The complete commissioning of the order<\/strong>, from design to supply, took a total of 10 months<\/strong>, and the results were of great satisfaction for the end user.<\/p>\n
