{"id":9478,"date":"2023-07-14T18:05:29","date_gmt":"2023-07-14T16:05:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/?p=9478"},"modified":"2023-07-21T20:05:21","modified_gmt":"2023-07-21T18:05:21","slug":"energy-saving-in-latex-objects-production","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/9478\/energy-saving-in-latex-objects-production\/","title":{"rendered":"Energy saving in latex objects production"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a new video on out <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@TempcoItalia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tempco Youtube channel<\/a>, we talk a further more about a very interesting application for a vulcanization machine that was designed and manufactured by <strong>HUREX Suisse<\/strong> in Locarno in collaboration with Tempco and with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/giovannicaschetto71\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>Giovanni Caschetto<\/strong><\/a>, an engineer with a wide experience in the <strong>latex sector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This is in fact an application for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/9397\/thermoregulation-and-energy-saving-in-vulcanization-of-latex\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>latex vulcanization<\/strong><\/a>. For the production of mattresses, pillows or any kind of object made in latex, molds are employed to give the desired shape to the product, and then these <strong>molds are heated inside autoclaves using steam<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Liquid latex, or the blend containing liquid latex, gets injected inside the molds, and the mold gets <strong>heated in order to achieve the expansion of the blend<\/strong> and to obtain the finished object.<br \/>\nUsually, the process was carried inside autoclaves injecting steam, in order to heat the mold. The interesting solution that we have deployed employes instead <strong>a warm fluid circulating within the mold<\/strong>, directly heating the product.
