{"id":9447,"date":"2023-06-23T12:41:12","date_gmt":"2023-06-23T10:41:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/?p=9447"},"modified":"2023-06-23T12:41:12","modified_gmt":"2023-06-23T10:41:12","slug":"full-inox-brazed-plate-exchangers-in-pharma-applications","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/9447\/full-inox-brazed-plate-exchangers-in-pharma-applications\/","title":{"rendered":"FULL INOX brazed plate exchangers in pharma applications"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re finally glad to announce that <strong>Tempco<\/strong> has widened its <a href=\"https:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/heat-exchangers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>heat exchangers range<\/strong><\/a> with the introduction of new <strong>FULL INOX <a href=\"https:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/heat-exchangers\/brazed-plate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">brazed plate exchangers<\/a><\/strong>, therefore with a <strong>full stainless steel constructio<\/strong>n with no filler material.<\/p>\n<p>These <strong>special brazed plate exchangers<\/strong> are obtained using a particular welding technology called <strong>Diffusion bonding<\/strong> or diffusion welding, which is a solid-state welding technique used in metalworking capable of joining similar and dissimilar metals, thanks to a process employing in conjunction high temperature and high pressure. It operates on the principle of solid-state diffusion, wherein the atoms of two solid, metallic surfaces intersperse themselves over time.<\/p>\n<p>Despite all the sizes are not yet available, however we\u2019re able to produce with this technology <strong>exchangers with connections from 1\/2\u201d and 2\u201d<\/strong>.
