Geothermal energy makes indeed available large quantities of renewable energy at a very low cost. Clearly, we\u2019re speaking about <strong>second level energy<\/strong>, meaning heat and thermal energy.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/6889\/what-is-and-how-it-works-a-heat-pump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Heat pumps<\/strong><\/a> are more and more adopted in <strong>HVAC<\/strong> applications and in <strong>thermoregulation of industrial sites<\/strong> and residential areas. Heat pumps offer a very interesting energy efficiency, and in combination with geothermal energy this is even increased, achieving <strong>remarkable energy savings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"GEOTERMIA E POMPE DI CALORE\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/PzSG6EHhYs0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>In the field of activity of Tempco, we\u2019ve already deployed a series of applications with geothermal heat pumps thanks to <strong>TCOIL immersion heat exchangers<\/strong>. These applications involve the immersion of TCOIL heat exchangers in cold water basins, such as <strong>lakes, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/7359\/immersion-cooling-at-the-marina-di-loano-seaport\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">seaports<\/a>, rivers or canals<\/strong>, in order to dissipate or absorb thermal energy from the fluid in which they are immersed.
