The cooling plant provides in fact the cooling of several equipments, including <strong>induction furnaces<\/strong>, <strong>die casting machines<\/strong> for the foundry of metallic parts with steel dies, <strong>moulds cooling tanks<\/strong> and cooling tanks for the manufactured parts.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, the cooling plants is composed by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/cooling-towers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Cooling tower<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Water pumping system<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/heat-exchangers\/brazed-plate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Brazed plate heat exchangers<\/strong><\/a>, especially re-sized in order to work with tower water<\/li>\n<li>Immersion <a href=\"https:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/heat-exchangers\/dimple-jacket\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>TCOIL dimple-jacket exchangers<\/strong><\/a>, directly immersed inside the cooling tanks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8506\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Tempco-raffreddamento-fonderia-torre-di-raffreddamento.jpg\" alt=\"Tempco raffreddamento fonderia torre di raffreddamento\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Tempco-raffreddamento-fonderia-torre-di-raffreddamento.jpg 480w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Tempco-raffreddamento-fonderia-torre-di-raffreddamento-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After more than 10 years of operations, the customer needs to <strong>increase the production capacity of the plant<\/strong>.
