{"id":8361,"date":"2021-11-12T16:01:09","date_gmt":"2021-11-12T15:01:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/?p=8361"},"modified":"2021-11-12T16:01:09","modified_gmt":"2021-11-12T15:01:09","slug":"temperature-regulation-for-flaking-and-lamination-in-food-and-pharma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/8361\/temperature-regulation-for-flaking-and-lamination-in-food-and-pharma\/","title":{"rendered":"Temperature regulation for flaking and lamination in food and pharma"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/chillers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Tempco<\/strong><\/a> we are currently working on two new projects for <a href=\"https:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/thermo-regulating-units\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>temperature regulation<\/strong><\/a> for an important manufacturer of plants aimed to process <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/8197\/mono-fluid-thermoregulation-in-pharmaceutical-industry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>food and pharmaceutical products<\/strong><\/a>. A first part of the plant is dedicated to the <strong>cooling of stainless steel conveyor belts<\/strong> that provide the transportation and <strong>lamination<\/strong> of the products, forwarding them to the final <strong>flaking process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The other part of the project is dedicated to <strong>heating the product<\/strong>. The product gets spread out along the conveyor belt in order to obtain <strong>flakes or tablets<\/strong> from the layer, at the end of the cooling step explained above here.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8353\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Tempco-centralina-termoregolazione-prodotti-alimentari.jpg\" alt=\"Tempco centralina termoregolazione prodotti alimentari\" width=\"907\" height=\"680\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Tempco-centralina-termoregolazione-prodotti-alimentari.jpg 907w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Tempco-centralina-termoregolazione-prodotti-alimentari-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Tempco-centralina-termoregolazione-prodotti-alimentari-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 907px) 100vw, 907px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As often required by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/5972\/heat-exchangers-and-nanocoatings-in-food-industry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">food<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/8156\/monofluid-thermoregulation-in-pharma-group-for-api-production\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pharma<\/a> applications, these are also <strong>highly personalized plants<\/strong> that require a previous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/6839\/atex-thermoregulation-in-chemical-production\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">accurate study of the piping<\/a>, enabling the <strong>integration in the existing machinery<\/strong> at customer\u2019s facility. In addition, there is also the study of the flow and the <strong>thermal and hydraulic requirements<\/strong> of the production process.
