A very interesting characteristic of TCOIL exchangers is in fact the capacity to be shaped to <strong>fit the shape of the equipment<\/strong> to be thermoregulated.<\/p>\n<p>It is then possible to use TCOIL dimple jacket exchangers for application on the outside of equipments employed in the <strong>chemical industry<\/strong>, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/4672\/tcoil-flexible-heat-exchangers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>mixers and reactors<\/strong><\/a>, or generally on the outside of tanks or furthermore <strong>on the outside of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/6927\/thermoregulation-for-electric-vehicles-test-benches\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">electric batteries<\/a><\/strong>. The metal sheets of the plates of a TCOIL exchanger are in fact easily made into a cylindrical shape, to fit the shape of cylindrical objects to be cooled or heated. Otherwise, it is also possible to use flat plates to <strong>cover the external surface of a machinery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4Mk5MPdvzM8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen title=\"Come termostatare un serbatoio o una batteria dall&#39;esterno, TCOIL CLAMP!\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In order to increase the <strong>thermal transfer efficiency<\/strong> of a TCOIL exchanger in contact cooling applications, it is therefore necessary to have a flat sheet on the side at direct contact with the equipment. This is achieved using <strong>metal sheets having different thickness<\/strong>.
