The customer employs a <strong>cooling plant for the forge<\/strong> and the <strong>thermal treatments<\/strong> equipped with <a href=\"https:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/cooling-towers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>evaporative towers<\/strong><\/a> and <strong>pumps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-8014\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Tempco-raffreddamento-forgiatura-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Tempco raffreddamento forgiatura\" width=\"750\" height=\"1000\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Tempco-raffreddamento-forgiatura-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Tempco-raffreddamento-forgiatura-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Tempco-raffreddamento-forgiatura.jpg 1134w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>forge cooling plant<\/strong> includes in particular <strong>4 pumps of 75 kw<\/strong> each, <strong>4 pumps of 30 kw<\/strong> each and <strong>four evaporative towers of 22 kw<\/strong> each. The energy efficiency improvement intervention involved the <strong>implementation of inverters<\/strong> on the 75 kw pumps, which are managed by a pressure gauge that allows to contain the power consumption based on a reduced demand of water within the utilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inverters<\/strong> have been implemented as well on the <strong>engines of evaporative towers<\/strong>, managed by the measurement of water temperature.
