This is a topic we\u2019ve already faced in the past more than once, because evaporative towers while offering high cooling capacities are also a source of <strong>noise generated by the moving parts in fans<\/strong> employed to obtain the required air flow.<\/p>\n<p>Noise emission levels became surely a big problem in the case of a Poland <strong>gas distribution company<\/strong> that a technological partner of ours, <a href=\"https:\/\/wentech.pl\/en\/producer-of-cooling-tower-fans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>Wentylatory Wentech<\/strong><\/a>, grabbed to our attention. The <strong>energy sector<\/strong> company had to face back in 2015 the risk of a class action from residentials and recreation centers that along the years were builded in the ponds near the plant.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7802\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Tempco-ventilatori-Wentech-torri-evaporative.jpg\" alt=\"Tempco ventilatori Wentech torri evaporative\" width=\"650\" height=\"488\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Tempco-ventilatori-Wentech-torri-evaporative.jpg 850w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Tempco-ventilatori-Wentech-torri-evaporative-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Tempco-ventilatori-Wentech-torri-evaporative-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The problem was then to adopt solutions aimed to decrease disturbing noise emissions able at the same time to ensure to same high air flow rates required to maintain the <strong>efficiency of the extensive fan cooling towers system<\/strong> installed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7804\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/ventilatori-Wentech-torri-evaporative.jpg\" alt=\"ventilatori torri raffreddamento \" width=\"650\" height=\"488\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/ventilatori-Wentech-torri-evaporative.jpg 850w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/ventilatori-Wentech-torri-evaporative-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/ventilatori-Wentech-torri-evaporative-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The high <strong>noise emissions of the evaporative towers<\/strong> have been eliminated thanks to the solution offered by the company Wentylatory Wentech. The supplier verified the gas distributor situation by taking measurements at several dozens points in the plant and the adjacent residential areas.
