The combination with <a href=\"https:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/chillers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>chillers<\/strong><\/a> allows not only to suspend the employ of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/4029\/energy-recovery-from-air-compressor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">compressors<\/a> during the winter season, with dry operations and leveraging on low temperatures of external air, but thanks to the adiabatic process the solution extends the benefits of energy saving also during the summer season.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Plast-2018.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6333\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Plast-2018.jpg\" alt=\"Plast 2018\" width=\"567\" height=\"348\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Plast-2018.jpg 567w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Plast-2018-300x184.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 567px) 100vw, 567px\" \/><\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Air temperature is indeed decreased using the adiabatic process which humidifies the air before it hits the coil\u2019s finned surface, where then the heat exchange between air and the fluid happens, boosting the efficiency of cooler during the warm season.<br \/>\nThe PAD-V series increases the <strong>energy and water saving<\/strong> thanks to:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Intelligent management of wetting cycles using a <strong>PLC<\/strong>, recovering the water in excess<br \/>\n&#8211; Special humidification packs to maximize adiabatic efficiency<br \/>\n&#8211; Configuration and arrangement of V-coils inside the machine to optimize the heat-exchange surface<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/3719\/energy-saving-with-ec-drives-and-inverters-on-heat-management-machines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EC fans<\/a> for monitored power consumption<\/p>\n<p>The PAD-V series is <strong>fully automated<\/strong> and managed by an operator panel equipped with a PLC, also offering the possibility of remote management.
