Mita Cooling Technologies<\/strong><\/a>, a company specialized in cooling towers<\/strong> and a longtime collaborator of Tempco, will introduce the new PAD-V series of adiabatic coolers<\/strong> at Plast 2018<\/strong><\/a>, the international exhibition dedicated to innovative technologies for the plastic<\/a> and rubber industry<\/strong> in Fiera Milano Rho, May 29- June 1, offering increased energy efficiency in an even more compact design.<\/p>\n

\nThe PAD-V series is a free cooling<\/strong><\/a> solution for fluid cooling and the condensation of refrigerants<\/a>, designed for heat dissipation capacities of 75 to 1.100 kW<\/strong>. The combination with chillers<\/strong><\/a> allows not only to suspend the employ of compressors<\/a> during the winter season, with dry operations and leveraging on low temperatures of external air, but thanks to the adiabatic process the solution extends the benefits of energy saving also during the summer season.<\/p>\n

\"Plast<\/a><\/p>\n

Air temperature is indeed decreased using the adiabatic process which humidifies the air before it hits the coil\u2019s finned surface, where then the heat exchange between air and the fluid happens, boosting the efficiency of cooler during the warm season.
\nThe PAD-V series increases the energy and water saving<\/strong> thanks to:<\/p>\n

– Intelligent management of wetting cycles using a PLC<\/strong>, recovering the water in excess
\n– Special humidification packs to maximize adiabatic efficiency
\n– Configuration and arrangement of V-coils inside the machine to optimize the heat-exchange surface
\n– EC fans<\/a> for monitored power consumption<\/p>\n

The PAD-V series is fully automated<\/strong> and managed by an operator panel equipped with a PLC, also offering the possibility of remote management. The user just has to set the wished temperature of the fluid and the system will self-adjust throughout the year optimizing consumption.<\/p>\n
