The challenges we had to face during this installation were two: first, the location, <strong>Port Sudan<\/strong>, on the Red Sea shore, thus presenting <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/5810\/how-to-cooling-down-engines-in-aggressive-environment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">harsh environment<\/a> conditions<\/strong>. In addition, the dissipators were intended as <strong>substitution of pre-existing radiators<\/strong>, impossible to recover, thus requiring to adapt the new equipments to the limited installation space, while ensuring enhanced performances.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-installazione.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6277\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-installazione.jpg\" alt=\"radiatori dissipazione emergenza\" width=\"948\" height=\"711\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-installazione.jpg 948w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-installazione-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-installazione-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 948px) 100vw, 948px\" \/><\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We employed <strong>two stage <a href=\"https:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/industrial-coolers-electroradiators\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">radiators<\/a><\/strong>, aimed to the cooling of the two sections of the motors, the jacket and the after cooler, in substitution of the old ones. The realization had to match the <strong>limited installation space<\/strong> in the existing layout, in addition achieving increased performances.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the local harsh environment conditions we then had to employ <strong>engines with Class H insulation<\/strong> system, and <strong>axial fans in sucking version<\/strong>, allowing to work with the less warm air flow. A <strong>special geometry of the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/heat-exchangers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exchangers<\/a><\/strong> has been developed, in order to ensure easy maintenance in case of sand storms.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-Tempco.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6278\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-Tempco.jpg\" alt=\"radiatori dissipazione emergenza power gen\" width=\"948\" height=\"711\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-Tempco.jpg 948w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-Tempco-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-Tempco-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 948px) 100vw, 948px\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6279\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza.jpg\" alt=\"radiatori dissipazione emergenza Tempco\" width=\"948\" height=\"711\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza.jpg 948w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/radiatori-dissipazione-emergenza-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 948px) 100vw, 948px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Finally, the shipping required the <strong>supply of special containers<\/strong>, able to harbor the radiators with the <strong>maximum level of pre-assembly<\/strong>, in order to reduce to the minimum final assembly operations on-site.
