The unit is actually in the start-up phase, and works directly on the product, regulating the temperatures required in the several steps of the production of active ingredients employed in the anesthetics.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tempco-TREG-produzione-anestetici-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9119 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tempco-TREG-produzione-anestetici-1-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tempco-TREG-produzione-anestetici-1-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tempco-TREG-produzione-anestetici-1.jpg 711w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The production process requires precisions on the temperature set-point of <strong>+\/- 2\u00b0 C<\/strong>, working on the tank for the active principles directly on the product. The production temperature range is comprised between <strong>-5\u00b0 C and +130\u00b0 C<\/strong>. The thermoregulating unit we have developed is a model with <strong>vapor heating<\/strong> and cooling circuit using a <a href=\"http:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/heat-exchangers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>plate heat exchanger<\/strong><\/a> served by a dedicated <a href=\"http:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/chillers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>chiller<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tempco-TREG-industria-farmaceutica-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-9121 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tempco-TREG-industria-farmaceutica-1-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tempco-TREG-industria-farmaceutica-1-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Tempco-TREG-industria-farmaceutica-1.jpg 722w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>TREG<\/strong> unit employs two different <strong>PID electronic thermoregulators<\/strong>: a first one (Master) senses the product, and on this one the customer can set-up the required temperature according to each production step (cooling, heating, sterilization, etc\u2026).
