Usually for these applications we use <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/heat-exchangers\/brazed-plate\/\">plate heat exchangers<\/a><\/strong>&#8230;but in this case because of some special needs we design a special\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/heat-exchangers\/shell-and-tube-heat-exchangers\/\">tube bundle<\/a> solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed the customer had need to pass the process fluid inside the heat exchanger, which for corrosion resistance implications, must necessarily be made of titanium. At the same time due to\u00a0chemical resistance we dont find suitable\u00a0gaskets. The size of the heat exchanger are so small that an &#8220;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions-en\/heat-exchangers\/t-weld\/\">all welded<\/a><\/strong>&#8221; would be extremely expensive, so we made small <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/4858\/heat-exchangers-plates-vs-shell-and-tube\/\">shell and tube\u00a0titanium exchangers<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_0736.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-5634\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_0736-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"scambiatori a fascio tubiero in titanio\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_0736-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_0736-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For\u00a0the cooling section, it has moderately cold water, and wanting to achieve a similar temperature level in the reactor jacket, we have realized a heat exchanger with very particular tube bundle, which allows to obtain the required temperatures, despite the capacity in very small dimensions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_0735.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-5635\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_0735-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"scambiatori a fascio tubiero in titanio\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_0735-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/IMG_0735-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lately we have made some\u00a0particular\u00a0heat exchangers.
