This system has a temperature limit of 140\u00b0 and features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>175KW heating power<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Heaters controlled via SCR static relays<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Heating power, which can be disconnected manually in 5 sections<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Inverter-piloted circulation electric pump with flow rate manual\/automatic control<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Remote set point<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Remote start-stop<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The entire system has been designed with redundant safety devices to allow automatic operation, even in the presence of a low water flow rate (adjustable via inverter) to prevent damage to the heating resistors.<\/p>\n<p>To prevent safety systems from intervening on the temperature, we have added temperature limiters with automatic reset to allow for continuous heat regulation, thus ensuring safety to the unit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_0592.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-5106\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_0592-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"pulp and paper plant production, thermoregulating unit, centralina di termoregolazione, carta e cartiere\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_0592-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_0592-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The production of paper requires heating and cooling processes during the various processing phases.
