{"id":4951,"date":"2014-11-25T16:11:48","date_gmt":"2014-11-25T14:11:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/?p=4951"},"modified":"2014-11-25T16:11:48","modified_gmt":"2014-11-25T14:11:48","slug":"how-its-thermoregulated","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/4951\/how-its-thermoregulated\/","title":{"rendered":"How it\u2019s thermoregulated?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I guess many of you are already trying to figure out what\u2019s the link between these two topics\u2026<br \/>\nNothing, indeed, or maybe also a lot of things: it only depends on the point of view we assume to think about it.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday I was considering my enduro mountain bike, and I found myself fond in an interesting exercise:<br \/>\nHow much Tempco equipments are involved in <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions\/special-applications\/\">production processes<\/a><\/strong> of its various components?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/enduro-mountain-bike.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4946\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/enduro-mountain-bike-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"enduro mountain bike\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/enduro-mountain-bike-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/enduro-mountain-bike-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Here\u2019s a short list of them based upon our experience on thermoregulation in several industrial processes in a variety of sectors.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Thermoregulation for rubber calendering (bike tires, seals and grips)<br \/>\n&#8211; Thermoregulation in <a href=\"http:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions\/special-applications\/pressofusione-alluminio\/\">die casting process<\/a> (leverages for suspensions)<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions\/special-applications\/oildynamic\/\">Hydraulic oil cooling<\/a> for hydroforming machines (aluminium frame shaping)<br \/>\n&#8211; Cooling bath soaking for <a href=\"http:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions\/special-applications\/steel-mechanic\/\">quenching heat treatments<\/a> (pinion and rack, chains and other metal parts)<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions\/special-applications\/anodising-applications\/\">Cooling of anodising treatment<\/a> tanks (fork stems surface treatment and finishing)<br \/>\n&#8211; Cooling and heat recovery on aluminium wire drawing plants (wire drawn aluminium wheel rims)<br \/>\n&#8211; Thermostatation of oil and water in forging plants (chains and leverages)<\/p>\n<p>We could also continue, entering synthetic oil production, along with all the chemical processes involved, but it may be too much going in deep\u2026<br \/>\nSo be it for now, enough for a first exercise but quite interesting\u2026 we should also extend it to other sports, starting a sorta \u2018How it\u2019s thermoregulated?\u2019 feature section.
