{"id":4206,"date":"2013-05-09T09:16:14","date_gmt":"2013-05-09T07:16:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/?p=4206"},"modified":"2013-05-24T16:07:14","modified_gmt":"2013-05-24T14:07:14","slug":"chiller-and-service","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/4206\/chiller-and-service\/","title":{"rendered":"Chiller and Service"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On summer season, industrial plants gives problems related to hot ambient temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Last week our service receive a call related to a big plant which don\u2019t perform at usual temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Customer tell us that <a href=\"http:\/\/en.tempco.it\/solutions\/chillers\/\">chiller<\/a> can\u2019t perform correct temperature during middle day.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/chiller-Corema.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4201\" alt=\"chiller Corema\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/chiller-Corema-300x169.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/chiller-Corema-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/chiller-Corema-1024x577.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/chiller-Corema.jpg 1407w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/en.tempco.it\/assistance\/\">Service division<\/a> activate immediately and make the standard check list on site:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaporation pressure<\/li>\n<li>Condensation pressure<\/li>\n<li>Freon charge<\/li>\n<li>Freon loss<\/li>\n<li>Water filter cleaning<\/li>\n<li>Water pump check<\/li>\n<li>Condensation exchanger cleaning<\/li>\n<li>Chiller performance test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Freon-Pressure-check.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4203\" alt=\"Freon Pressure check\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Freon-Pressure-check-300x224.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Freon-Pressure-check-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Freon-Pressure-check-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This check list require more less 4 hour of work and gives to customer the correct idea of his cooling plant.<\/p>\n<p>with a cheap cost, customer can take a couple of result:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>update refrigeration system, if it isn\u2019t enough to chill down his production processes<\/li>\n<li>maintain the actual chiller, in order to achieve correct performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In that case the technician make a cleaning of condensating heat exchangers using low pressure hydrojet and cleaning solution.<\/p>\n<p>After half dayhe achieve the project performance on the total of the Corema units installed on customer plant:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>n.2 Junior Chiller for 15000 Kcal\/h<\/li>\n<li>n.1 Pack Chiller fro 90000 Kcal\/h<\/li>\n<li>n.1 Junior Chiller LX for very low temperature (-30\u00b0C) for 5000 Kcal\/h<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Customer can deal the hot weather, in any case give use an order for scheduled maintenance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 check up of the plant on april before start-up<\/li>\n<li>1 check up on October, to switch chiller to free cooling plants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On summer season, industrial plants gives problems related to hot ambient temperature.
