Another interesting application of thermoregulating units is referred to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/9418\/carbon-fiber-and-temperature-control-in-dallara-supercars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>carbon fiber production processes<\/strong><\/a>, or anyway carbon fiber structures.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe not everyone knows it, but when a carbon fiber structure is realized it has to be <strong>&#8216;cooked&#8217; inside special industrial ovens<\/strong>, and even if the &#8216;cooked&#8217; term is not technically appropriated, this is in fact the proper function of this part of the production process. Once the carbon fiber part is molded, the chassis, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tempco.it\/blog\/en\/7906\/grosjean-crash-when-temperature-control-makes-the-safety\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">part of the car body<\/a>, any kind of component made with carbon fiber is inserted in an oven in order to <strong>stabilize the resin and the structure and position of the carbon fibers<\/strong>, aimed at achieving the strength and the resistance levels required by the project.<\/p>\n<p>These structures are then &#8216;cooked&#8217; inside special dedicated ovens, that are able to reach high temperatures required to stabilize the resins. All of these <strong>ovens require some cooling systems<\/strong>, or anyway thermoregulating solutions. Yes, indeed, because in addition to cooling, also a thermoregulation function is required to allow the resin to reach its final stability.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"TERMOREGOLATORI E FIBRE DI CARBONIO\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/M5nOaV99Zqw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Thermoregulating units are therefore employed to <strong>maintain the right process temperatures<\/strong> in these ovens. Furthermore, they are also required to <strong>ensure the proper final cooling<\/strong>: once the cooking process of the carbon fiber components inside the oven is completed, everything has to be properly cooled to return to normal ambient temperatures.
